Health on the Hob is a plant based recipe book written by Dr Hayley Tait. Her passion for food and health combined to make this easy to follow cook book aid your transition to a healthful diet. Plant based diets are gaining huge interest from fitness and health groups as research increasingly supports this diet as healthful and sustainabe for us and the planet.
Hayley will be delighted to share her story changing from an omnivorous diet to a plant based one, as part of her journey making the ethical choice to be vegan.
